Save duplication of data entry
By receiving data from Pure Farming, data that has already been entered into another application by a farmer or grower can be permissioned to appear in your software to save the effort of having to rekey vital data into it, making your solution more user friendly for your farmer/grower customer.
Provide production transparency
As a farmer or grower, you might need to provide certain data to your buyer or processor about how you have grown or reared your product to meet specifications or assurance requirements. Pure Farming can connect “in” your relevant data sources (such as farm software, livestock movement service records and so-on) and then allow you as a farmer or grower to permission it to the supply chain under agreed Ts and Cs.
Measure Scope 3 emissions
The supply chain not only needs to measure the greenhouse gas footprint of its own operations, but it also needs information about the footprint of its suppliers, such as farmers and growers. Pure Farming allows those farmers and growers to permission the necessary data to run these calculations, either as “raw” data or as “derived data” that has been put through one of Pure Farming’s models (e.g. Nitrogen Use Efficiency) or logic.
Provide insights to farmers and growers
It’s not all about benefits outside the farm gate. Where farmers and growers are permissioning data to the supply chain, many are now receiving valuable insights back from their buyers or processors helping them to make improvements on the farm. Use Pure Farming’s user authentication for your own software solution. Rather like allowing your users to sign in with their Google or Facebook account, you can allow users to login to your solution with their Pure Farming credentials.
